Are you currently taking methadone to treat an opioid use disorder?
The Texas Substance Use Symposium and our community partner MedMark Treatment Centers El Paso will provide access to guest methadone dosing for any attendees currently receiving methadone in an opioid treatment program, upon their request. Our hope is that this supports a more inclusive, accessible event for all community members.
How to request guest dosing:
- Obtain your clinic’s Guest Dosing Form and ensure it is completed and signed by your provider.
- Complete the Release of Information
- Email your information and forms to Irma Olivas, Treatment Center Director, at iolivas@gmail.com.
Please submit both forms (Release of Information and your clinic’s Guest Dosing Form) at least 3 days before your first scheduled dose to ensure sufficient time for coordination.
More about guest dosing
- Please note there is a $30 fee to cover processing and enrollment, inclusive of three days of dosing.
- If a patient takes their doses off-site rather than at the clinic, a lock box is required for secure storage.
- MedMark accepts cash and credit cards.
