Venue & Hotel Information

We are excited to offer a limited number of hotel scholarships for TxSUS 2025 to advance our mission of making education and training about substance use more accessible to Texans. These scholarships are designed to support individuals from rural communities, those with lived or living experience, and participants affiliated with TTOR-funded projects with limited travel resources. Having these individuals take part in TxSUS is invaluable, as it enriches the symposium discussions, fosters meaningful connections, and enhances the shared learning experience.

Hotel Scholarship Details

• Two-night stay in a single-occupancy room at the venue hotel, Hotel Paso Del Norte
  • • Arrive Wednesday, February 26th (Scholarship recipient will need to show a photo ID when checking in)
    • Check-out Friday, February 28th
• Stress-free arrangements with hotel accommodations fully booked and covered by TxSUS.
• The hotel scholarship does not cover travel expenses or food that is not included with event registration.
• Participants are encouraged to register for the symposium now, as registration typically reaches full capacity very quickly.

If you would like to be considered for a hotel scholarship, please submit the hotel scholarship application before January 6, 2025. Applicants will be notified regarding scholarships no later than January 17, 2025.
